clients.
Legislation recently introduced in the Isle of Man has provided for the regulation of Trustee Services,
which are now offered through CBAS, which holds Corporate Service Provider and Trust Service Provider
licences issued by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.

understanding of the fiduciary duties required of a prudent trustee.
